This blog was established during my master studies in “ICT in learning, with emphasis on music” which i did back in 2008-12 at the University College in Stord / Haugesund. The initial postings were part of a compuslory assignment which required the students to convert an essay on Digital competence into a multi modal text.
I said at the time: “My motivation for using the blog format, is to gain first hand experience with technologies of the Web 2.0. I believe the blog and the fairly low threshold it represents for publishing information on the Internet, can function as a useful technological framework for creating multi modal texts.”
Since the studies ended, I have kept the blog alive by posting demos and live recordings which I have done with various artists in the Bergen music scene. As the blog has been on for more than 10 years, I hope to document that there has been some evoulution, going in the right direction, on my part as a musician.
